This beautiful Cabo house is a stunning getaway! From the moment you enter the property, you’re hit with a wave of tranquility and relaxation. The house is spacious and well-appointed, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. The outdoor patio area is perfect for soaking up the sun and taking in the stunning views of the ocean. All the amenities were modern and upscale, and the kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms are immaculate.

We stayed at the luxurious and spacious Casa Vista Tranquila on multiple occasions for the big fishing tournaments and NYE. House is an understatement. This is a Mexican oasis sitting on top of Pedregal with a pristine view of all of Cabo. A big selling point was the location, which is just minutes from downtown and the Marina. Whether you’re a partygoer, family person, foodie, or fisherman, this is the oasis for you.
A further big selling point is the house itself. There are many bedrooms on various levels that sleep. about 12. The view is one of a kind. You can lounge by the massive pool for hours. Another big selling point was the owners and the property manager. They are not only professional but kind and friendly. If we ever needed anything, they were responsive and helpful. We value their expertise in staying abroad and would recommend them as hosts. We recommend staying here no matter your reason for visiting. The only question is, when are you going to book? This house was amazing for our family vacation! We just booked for next year and cannot wait to come back. We had them set up poolside massages, which I would highly recommend. We worked with the house manager to have the fridge fully stocked when we arrived and transportation for the trip. I felt extremely safe in the private community that was heavily monitored with 24/7 security. I loved the location of the house which was at a dead end of a street so there was not much foot traffic or cars passing by. We did use some of the community amenities, such as the tennis courts, and even got to dine at the seasonal cafe! I highly recommend it!
We had a small business retreat here and it was excellent downtime. There was enough space to get work done and the house was laid out perfectly! As a company, everyone had rave reviews and we loved the owners! The property manager was very helpful with places to eat and activities!
